(1) These Regulations (hereinafter: \u201cRegulations\u201d) set out the rules for the use of the website (hereinafter: \u201cSite\u201d), where users can purchase Magdalena Abakanowicz's catalog raisonn\u00e9 and related products (hereinafter: \u201cProducts\u201d).<\/p>
(2) The owner of the Site is FUNDATION All That Art! with its registered seat in Wroc\u0142aw (51-607) at Kolberga 6 Street, registered in the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care institutions and the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0000401595, NIP: 898 21 97 823, REGON: 021757304, hereinafter referred to as \u201cSeller\u201d.<\/p>
(3) The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Site and apply to all users.<\/p>
(4) Use of the Site to purchase Products does not require registration or creation of an account.<\/p>

\u00a72 Definitions<\/p>
1. **User** - an individual, legal entity or organizational unit using the Site.<\/p>
2. **Products** - raisonn\u00e9 catalogs and other products available on the Site that the User may purchase.<\/p>
3. **Cart** - section of the Site where the User completes the order.<\/p>
4. **Order** - a statement of the User's will, aimed at concluding a contract of sale of Products with the Seller.<\/p>

\u00a73 Terms of Use of the Site<\/p>
(1) Use of the Site requires access to the Internet and a web browser.<\/p>
(2) It is prohibited to provide content of an unlawful nature.<\/p>
(3) the User undertakes to use the Site in a manner consistent with the provisions of law and the rules of social intercourse.<\/p>

\u00a74 Placing Orders<\/p>
(1) The purchase of Products on the Site is carried out without registration and creation of an account.<\/p>
(2) The order is placed by:<\/p>
- selection of Products,<\/p>
- Adding them to the Basket,<\/p>
- filling out the order form,<\/p>
- Choice of payment and delivery method,<\/p>
- order approval.<\/p>
(3) Placing an order implies the conclusion of a sales contract between the User and the Seller.<\/p>
(4) The user will receive an e-mail confirming the order.<\/p>

\u00a75 Payment and Delivery<\/p>
(1) available payment methods:<\/p>
- bank transfer,<\/p>
- online payment via PayU,<\/p>
(2) Delivery is made via courier or parcel service.<\/p>
(3) Delivery costs are indicated when placing an order.<\/p>
(4) Shipping time is a maximum of 7 working days from the receipt of payment confirmation by the PayU electronic payment system.<\/p>

\u00a76 Withdrawal from the Agreement<\/p>
(1) A user who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason, in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights.<\/p>
(2) To withdraw from the contract, the User must make a statement in writing or electronically and send the Products back to the Seller's address.<\/p>
(3) Products must be returned intact, unless the damage is due to transportation.<\/p>
(4) Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products.<\/p>

\u00a77 Complaints<\/p>
(1) Complaints about the Products should be reported to the e-mail address: mm@magdalenaabakanowicz.pl.<\/p>
(2) The complaint should include:<\/p>
- User Details,<\/p>
- description of the problem,<\/p>
- proof of purchase.<\/p>
(3) Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.<\/p>

\u00a78 Protection of Personal Data<\/p>
(1) The administrator of Users' personal data is the Seller.<\/p>
(2) Personal data shall be processed for the purpose of processing orders and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.<\/p>
(3) You have the right to inspect, correct and delete your personal data.<\/p>

(1) The Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Seller, of which Users will be informed in advance.<\/p>
(2) In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Law on Consumer Rights shall apply.<\/p>
