O Fundacji<\/h2><\/div>

The All That Art! (active since November 2011) promotes art and culture as an inspiration for the development of personality and sensitivity. It collaborates with artists, experts and institutions related to contemporary art in Poland and abroad, as well as with other foundations in charitable activities. The Foundation pursues its goals through:<\/p>

  1. Education
    - Investing in audience development, popularizing knowledge about art and the timeless role of the artist in society in workshops and lectures, such as \u201cArt as a Fuel for Creativity,\u201d \u201cKnow-How Art,\u201d \u201cContemporary Design,\u201d and dedicated lectures for students and young artists on artist branding strategies.

    - special projects: \u201eMa\u0142e Wielkie Kolekcje\u201d - a presentation of private collections of people substantively connected with art, its history and art institutions (Mariusz Hermansdorfer, Bo\u017cena Kowalska, Bogus\u0142aw G\u00f3recki) together with the publication of catalogs of the collections. This is a unique opportunity to learn about the personal reflections, comments and memories of the owners and creators of the collections, as well as to discover lesser-known or forgotten artists and their achievements.

  2. Presentation of art in cooperation with curators and art historians:
    - Since 2012, the Foundation has run its own gallery, MIA, presenting classics of Polish art (e.g. Tadeusz Kantor, J\u00f3zef Ha\u0142as, Konrad Jarodzki, Andrzej Gieraga), artists of the middle generation (e.g. Krzysztof Bednarski, Iwona Demko, Zdzis\u0142aw Nitka) and younger artists gaining critical and public recognition (e.g. Karol Palczak, Urszula Madera, Agnieszka Apozna\u0144ska and others).

    - mia ART BOOKS, the Foundation publishes catalogs and publications with curatorial texts.

    -From 2019, the Foundation co-organizes the \u201cAttitudes\u201d painting competition for young artists with the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw.

    - The Foundation cooperates with art museums, such as the organization of the retrospective exhibition of Jozef Halas \u201cExplorations\u201d at the Museum of Architecture in Wroclaw in 2017. (curated by Boguslaw Deptu\u0142a; exhibition catalog and catalog with private texts by the artist).

    - In 2016, in parallel with the mia gallery, the Foundation organized, financed and operated an unusual place for contemporary art, at the main railway station in Wroclaw, under the name ART MAIN STATION by mia, in an adapted space of over 400 m\u00b2 on the second floor of the main hall of the station, and in 2017, over 1,000 m\u00b2 on the second level, in the Dworcowa Gallery (now BWA Wroclaw).<\/li><\/ol>

    Key activities at the station included non-commercial presentations of the most prominent names in Polish art, in cooperation with representatives of Polish museology and art criticism, including Dr. Bo\u017cena Kowalska and Dr. Mariusz Hermansdorfer. <\/p>

    • \u201cMeditation and Expression,\u201d curators: Bo\u017cena Kowalska and Mariusz Hermansdorfer. Artists: Roman Opa\u0142ka, Wojciech Fangor, Alina Szapocznikow, Magdalena Abakanowicz, W\u0142adys\u0142aw Hasior, Kajetan Sosnowski. A catalog with essays by the curators was published.<\/li>\n\n
    • \u201cTraces of Existence, a Tribute to Magdalena Abakanowicz (1930-2017),\u201d curators: Mariusz Hermansdorfer, Maria Rus Bojan. Retrospective exhibition of sculptures and drawings at Wroc\u0142aw G\u0142\u00f3wny train station and in urban spaces. A catalog of works documenting the entire event was published, along with curatorial essays. The main part of the exhibition was presented in the Dworcowa Gallery on the second floor of the Central Station. The sculptures in the outdoor exhibition were placed in seven places in Wroclaw: in the square in front of the station, in the courtyard of the Museum of Architecture, at the Wroc\u0142aw Contemporary Museum, at the \u015awidnicki Passage - the space of the Municipal Public Library, at the airport - Starachowice, in the Four Temples District - in the courtyard of the White Stork Synagogue, and at the Bricklayer's Bastion between the Wroc\u0142aw Academy of Fine Arts and the National Museum in Wroc\u0142aw. The goal of the art activities at the station was to reach the widest possible audience with the best art and the narrative around it, to promote the experience of contemporary art in everyday life, on the go, in a place accessible and acceptable to many. The station, in its unique industrial character, with its unusual light, sounds of life and travel, provided an ideal, lively backdrop for artistic discourse.<\/li><\/ul>

      The activities at the station continued with<\/p>

      • The exhibition \u201cPresence. Essence. Identity\u201d of works by Magdalena Abakanowicz at the Old Mine Museum of Art and Technology in Walbrzych in 2018-2019.<\/li>\n\n
      • The exhibition \u201cPresence. Essence. Identity\u201d of works by Magdalena Abakanowicz in Timisoara at Muzeul de Arte in 2019; curated by Maria Rus Bojan, exhibition catalog in Walbrzych and Timisoara.<\/li><\/ul>

        From 2015 to 2021. All That Art Foundation, in cooperation with the Magdalena Marta Abakanowicz Kosmowska Foundation and Jan Kosmowski, worked on the Magdalena Abakanowicz reasoned catalog.<\/p>
